How do I close my account?
If you would like to close your account you will need to fax us a letter to 509-924-6621 on your business letterhead. Please include your account info and contact information etc.. Sorry we do not close accounts via email but if you do not have a fax machine you can scan a copy of the letter and email it to us.
Where’s my money?
Fast Charge “Does Not” actually hold or handle your money. As a payment gateway Fast Charge sends your batches to your processing Bank and they disperse your funds to you. However, one of the main reasons we see merchants not getting their funds is because they have their shopping cart set to do “Pre-Authorizations” only. If your orders in fast Charge show as “Pending” this probably the reason for not getting your funds.
